ATTENTION BUSINESS OWNERS!!

Dear Parents,

The Tarver Rendon PTA invites you to join our Field Day as an event sponsor. This annual event teaches teamwork and promotes student fitness.

Tarver Rendon Elementary students will compete within their grade levels in 10 separate events on March 3rd. Our goal this year is to raise $3,000 through business sponsorships to pay for field day t-shirts for all children and staff.

Field Day sponsorship provides an opportunity to promote your company and to support the teachers and students of Tarver Rendon Elementary. Please consider sponsoring the event at one of these levels.

Silver Level - $250

Business name posted on PTA Facebook/Parents of Tarver Rendon page and newsletter.

Gold Level - $500

Business name posted on PTA Facebook/Parents of Tarver Rendon page and newsletter
Logo printed on banner to be displayed in the cafeteria the week previous to the event and on display during Field Day
Special “Sponsor of the day” post on our Facebook pages.

If you can contribute, please make your check payable to Tarver Rendon PTA and write “field day” in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to Tarver Rendon PTA or hand delivered to a committee member. Contributions are tax deductible. A receipt with Tax ID can be provided upon request.
