Josefa L. Sambrano Elementary School will go beyond excellence by providing a nurturing learning environment that provides a solid foundation and instills a desire to be lifelong learners both academically and socially. In all that we do and all that we teach, we will provide education at an exemplary level.

Our students will be academically and socially developed citizens who are evolving in an innovative curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all students and equips them to be positive and contributing members of society.

Attendance News!
Come to School Every Day, All Day!
First Bell - 7:20 AM
Tardy Bell - 7:30 AM
Dismissal Bell - 4:05 PM
Beginning in October, for the 2nd Nine Weeks, if a student has 4 tardy arrivals or early pick-ups, the student may be ineligible for perfect attendance recognition for that 9-week grading period, but could qualify for faithful attendance if they have no absences.
College, Career, Military Recognition
Tuesday T-Shirts
Every Tuesday we bring awareness to Colleges, Careers, and the Military. We invite you to send your child to school wearing any college shirt, career shirt, or military (or purple) shirts. This recognition will help spark conversations about the future of our young students and the world of higher education or careers.
