Parents in grades PK-3 will be permitted onto the campus to pick up their children. Please park in the church lot, the East gate will be open at 2:30 and 2:40pm. All parents need to carry their family placard to show the staff member assigned to the gate. Any family that forgets the placard will need to go to the office for ID verification before gaining access to the campus.
Parents in grades 4-8 will utilize the loop to pick up their child. Please see map and note below that all parents must pull as far forward to the end of the loop as possible with your family placard on the dashboard or visor. A teacher with a walkie-talkie will call for your child to come down to your car location and your child may enter the vehicle.
Pull as far forward to the end of the loop when entering or exiting the parking lot. This will help ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent congestion in the area.
In the event that you encounter any issues in the loop or parking lot, we kindly ask that you refrain from approaching one another. Instead, please immediately contact security or administration for assistance.
