- Reminder: On September 17 and 18, Mountain View staff will be administering the NWEA MAP Assessment. For additional information, please see the communication from Mr. Moser in the September 6 Weekly Update.
- Did you know that research has shown that students who engage in independent reading are stronger readers across all content areas? To that end, Mountain View students and staff will "D.E.A.R." - Drop Everything and Read - every Thursday during EEE. Please speak with your child to ensure that he/she has independent reading material in school; those who do not have reading material will be provided with something to read during this time.
- A reminder to parents to please exercise extreme caution during drop-off and pick-up. State law prevents parking within 25 feet of a crosswalk. Students must also use caution and walk on sidewalks and use crosswalks at all times. Parents are not permitted to drop off or pick up in either staff parking lot. Your cooperation is appreciated.
- 8th grade parents: Mark your calendar for the West Morris Mendham High School 8th grade Open House on Tuesday, November 12 at 6:30 p.m. Additional information will be shared when it is received.
