Greetings Elementary Parents,

The technology team has been happy to support our elementary students by providing families with borrowed Chromebooks.

As we look forward to bringing the school year to a close, we are going to borrow a practice currently in place for our Grades 6-12 Chromebook users,

which is that our students keep their Chreombooks and chargers over the summer.

Around October, once the next school year gets underway, we will be providing you with more information about Chromebook returns.

Noah Smid is still collection food for the Food Pantry until Tuesday. He will be delivering on Wednesday. The address for drop off is 51 Mandeville Avenue. Thank you for all your help!

Mrs. Lynes and Mr. Im, our school counselors, will be available for families in need of support over the summer. Please use this google survey to contact our elementary school counselors and allow for 24-48 hours for a response.

The P.R.I.N.T.S website is up and running! The website is easy to navigate and contains great resources for summer learning to avoid summer slide! Take a look! It will be important this summer that our students keep their skills sharp! The link is below!

Required immunizations

As of September 1, 2008 every child born on or after January 1, 1997 and enrolled in Grade Sixth (6) must receive:

One dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertusis (Tdap) vaccine given no earlier than the 10th birthday. A child does not need a Tdap dose until FIVE (5) years after the last DTP/DtaP or Td dose.

One dose of the meningococcal vaccine.

Dear SJG 5th Grade Parents:

We wanted to provide you with information regarding the upcoming 6th grade sports' physicals. With the uncertainty of school sports and physicals being offered this coming fall, it is suggested that athletes visit their personal medical doctor. At this point, we are just collecting student interests from the survey we previously sent to you.

If the fall season is able to proceed, the coaches will be:

Being unable to see friends or family, and not having the ability to participate in regular activities is stressful. People working during these times is also stressful as is not working. Teaching our kids at home is stressful. If the stress is becoming a lot, we have two good resources below for parents and we have other resources too. Don't hesitate to reach out to Mr. Im, Mrs. Vacca, or I as well.
