Important Morning Car Rider Information
For the staff at Taylor to ensure a safe and efficient car rider line, please help us by doing the following:
- Follow the flow of traffic (see map below)- do not attempt to move or go around cones
- Drive slowly though the parking lot and stop at all stop signs
- Make sure your child has all of their items together and are ready to exit the car when it is their turn
- Have the child locks off the doors so students can open the doors themselves
- Students should exit on the right side of the car closest to the sidewalk
- Say your goodbyes in the car- please stay in your car unless you need assistance
- If you do need assistance from one of our car rider staff, please roll down your window and let us know- we will be happy to help
- Adhere to the car rider times- 8:15-8:35
- If you arrive after 8:35, please park in a visitor space and walk your child all the way inside- children must be escorted all the way in to ensure their safety
