Evans PTO has monthly meetings in the library at Evans. This is a great opportunity to connect with other parents, caregivers, staff members, and friends of the school as we work together to support our students and staff!

Whether you are a returning member or new to the PTO, all are welcome! We will be discussing upcoming events, fundraising efforts, and ways to get involved. Your voice and ideas are important so we hope to see you there!

Feel free to bring your questions and enthusiasm. Let's make this a fantastic year for our kids!

Box Tops is now so easy. All you have to do is scan your receipts! If there are any participating items- the money goes directly to Evans School!

1. Download the FREE app (available on Android and Apple)

2. Sign up

3. Click on 'Find A School' and search for Evans Elementary School

4. Scan your receipts within 14 days.

If your child will be missing school, please call the office 920-929-2828. If nobody answers your call, please leave a message stating your child's name and the reason for the absence. You can also email kawleskic@fonddulac.k12.wi.us. In most cases, medical excuses are not mandatory, but greatly appreciated.

Please note: School District policy states that the student needs to stay home if they have a fever or are vomiting. The student needs to be clear of both for 24 hours before he/she can return.

Bell Schedule

• 8:00 Students can be dropped off
• PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF STUDENTS BEFORE 8AM. THERE IS NO SUPERVISION.
• 8:10 First bell rings to come inside
• 8:15 Second bell rings for students to be in their classrooms ready to learn
• 3:15 Dismissal

Door Assignments:

• Front Door: 4K, Kindergarten & 5th Grade
• NW Corner: 1st & 2nd Grade
• SW Corner (near playground): 3rd & 4th Grade

Breakfast/Lunch:

• Breakfast is free for ALL students and is served in their classrooms at 8:15
• If bringing a cold lunch, please make sure your child's name is on it.
