Principal's Weekly Update
May 13th -17th
Dear Families,
I am not sure if anyone else feels this way, but this time of the year seems to be extra busy. It is especially an exciting and busy time for our eighth grade students and their families as they gear up for end of year events and graduation. Our teachers are also busy planning field trips for their classes. You will hear from them shortly if you have not already.
The faculty, staff, and I want to thank the School Life Committee for making Teacher Appreciation Week so special. We are grateful for all the meals and surprises that were given by our families this week. It is an honor and privilege to be entrusted with helping to educate your children and we are grateful for the kindness you showed us this past week.
Our Walk-a-thon is less than a week away. Please keep an eye out for a special email regarding a new prize for students who return pledges. While pledges will be accepted on the day of the event, we appreciate if they are turned in this week. This will allow us to determine who has won prizes and distribute merchandise. We hope to see your whole family at Bishop Connolly this Saturday!
I also want to extend a happy Mother's Day to all the mothers and mother-figures in our community!
Sincerely,
Megan dos Santos

New Family Referral Program
Any family who refers a new family to our school is eligible for a $600 tuition credit. If a new family enrolls, you will receive a $300 credit to your FACTS account in November. If the new family re-enrolls for the 2025-2026 school year, you will be credited with another $300 in the spring. We have had a steady number of new families enrolling students, many of them referred by our current families. Thank you to all those who are sharing about all the great things happening at Holy Name School with the community!
