Happy Sunday Eagles!

What an awesome week of learning! We have one week remaining in the third quarter grading period. Students should be working hard this week to get all work completed prior to Friday. We encourage our students in grades 3-5 to work in i-Ready as part of their homework several days each week to increase growth in math. We have been having a school i-Ready competition during the month of February, and our classes in K-2 and 3-5 with the most passed lessons will be announced tomorrow.

Moe's Fundraiser Night

This Wednesday, March 4 is a CEEMS fundraiser night at Moe's. Enjoy a fun dinner with your family at Moe's (or order takeout) and mention that you are there to support Clyde Erwin Elementary School. Our school will get a portion of the purchase. Thank you for supporting Clyde Erwin Elementary School!

Spring Intercession

The last day for students prior to spring intercession is Friday, March 6. We look forward to our students returning on Monday, March 30. We hope all families have a wonderful break and spend quality time together.

Magnet Program

The magnet lottery process began on Monday, February 24. Please remember that if you are already attending our school, it is unnecessary to apply through the magnet lottery again. Also, if you have a student at CEEMS, siblings are automatically able to enroll. If you know anyone interested in submitting an application through the magnet lottery, please encourage them to apply. If you have any questions, contact our office at 910-347-1261. We are also happy to schedule tours.

Talent Show

Our annual talent show is coming up! It is scheduled for this Thursday, March 5 at 5:30pm. Doors will open at 5:00pm. Pizza, popcorn, chips, and water will be available for purchase. We have some very talented students performing, so you don't want to miss it! Clyde Erwin Dance Crew will be performing two routines, and we have a special dance by Clyde Erwin Staff! It will be an evening to remember!

Box Tops

Thank you to all who donated Box Tops! We will be collecting until the beginning of May. Please continue to collect Box Tops and turn them in by April. Box Tops provide extra funding for our school.
