Organic Life
**Nutritional Thoughts from Organic Life**
A child’s health needs change, just like they do, throughout childhood.
· Stay informed of the most important nutrients in a balanced diet to help fuel your child’s growth and activity, and learn how the recommended amount of those nutrients evolves as your child grows up.
· Stay on top of your child’s regular health checkups and bring any questions or concerns about their diet to their health care provider or a registered dietician.
· Help your child learn about health and safety in all aspects of life by practicing good hygiene, such as washing hands, when they’re younger and having open conversations about issues they may be having in school or their social circle as they get older.
