Attendance Matters!
As a school, this year we are looking for students to attend school regularly. Chronic absenteeism is when a student has been absent 10% or more of the school year (18 days or more). We look forward to partnering with you to reduce the school's rate of chronic absenteeism. Please see the information below and contact us if you need assistance with attendance or if you have any questions. At the end of each month, we will be sending letters to inform parents of students who have reached a certain number of absences or tardies.

Parent University on Supporting Youth Mental Health in a Social Media World 12/5
The District Wellness Committee is excited to partner with NJ4S (NJ Statewide Student Support Services) to present a Parent University (in-person and virtual) on Thursday, December 5th for “Supporting Youth Mental Health in a Social Media World: A Guide for Parents and Caregivers.” The presentation will discuss youth mental health and the impact of social media including the benefits versus the risks. Parents and caregivers will be offered safety tips, ways to set healthy limits and how to support safe practices. Please check out the flyer for program details and the registration link/QR code.
