The support and training sessions will include the following:

• Overview of the respective grade level science units and an explanation of the progression of the units for instructing the units throughout the school year.

• Explanation of the various lessons for each unit and support on teaching each of the lessons, with modeling of various lessons within the units.

• Discussion and ideas for utilizing digital interactive notebooks as student resources for the units and possible alternatives for districts where technology may be an issue.

• Opportunities for teachers to ask questions about science content and the newly developed curriculum and have those questions addressed.
