As we head into the midpoint of the 1st quarter, we want to remind parents that all Ericson teachers have Office Hours from 8-9 AM on Wednesdays and Fridays, and every school day from 1:15-1:45. This is the best time to reach out to your child's teacher about concerns regarding grades, behavior, assignments, and to ask any additional questions. Please be respectful of students' learning time and avoid using class time to have discussions with the teacher.
Learning materials for PK through 6th grade students were distributed at Ericson last week. We would like to extend a special thank you to Ericson parent, Sarah Jimenez, for getting bags donated so families had an easy way to bring materials home! Many families did not pick up their supplies. We will continue to pass out supplies this week, between 8-4pm. For the safety of our staff and community please wear a mask and practice social distancing when you come to pick up materials.
Student progress reports are being to student district email accounts. Students can log into office.com and click outlook to sign into their email account. You can also check your child's progress through the ATLAS Parent Portal. Please call our Sea King Hotline at 253-6450 if you need assistance with your username and password.
Some of our Sea King students are logging out of class before the school day is over, or not returning from a break. Anytime a student misses more than 30 minutes of school it will be noted on their attendance record. Please make sure your child returns to class after each break and stays logged in for the entire school day.
