PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Dear Trojan Families,
The countdown is on for Spring Break, and we have 5 days left to reach the "promised land."
I would like to emphasize a few points for you and your student to discuss and to keep in front of your minds.
- Please continue to encourage your student and talk to them about doing their best with their assignments and tests.
- After Spring Break, our Seniors will have 2 more weeks of school, and the remainder of our scholars will have 4 weeks until we reach the finish line.
Parents, we know that you too are working hard, so I hope that this spring break also gives you an opportunity to relax. As a reminder, school will be closed for Spring Break from April 21-25. We wish all of our students, staff, and families a safe, relaxing, and fun-filled week. We will welcome students back on Monday, April 28th.
Lastly, EOC testing will be here soon. Please click here to help us ensure that our students have the best testing experience by providing snacks for test days.
Please note that there will be no Parent Newsletter sent on Sunday, April 20th.
In partnership,
Michael Abraham
Principal
ASSISTANT PRINCIPALS WEEK
This past week, we celebrated our Assistant Principals. Our AP's work hard by supporting our students, staff, and families. They each bring a unique gift to the role of an assistant principal and their commitment to our school makes NHS a better place.
We celebrated them last week, and now it's your turn to show your appreciation by letting them know how much we value their contributions. A kind word, a note, or whatever your heart desires can go a long way in showing gratitude.

Attention Seniors with Painted Parking Spots
Please go ahead and make plans to have your parking spot painted black by May 3rd. If you choose not to paint it yourself, you can pay $60.00 to the Athletic office, and we will paint it for you. If you paint your spot, please use black water-based latex exterior paint and do not paint over the white lines. You have until May 3rd to have it painted or pay the $60.00 to the Athletic office. If neither of these are done, then $60.00 will be placed on your school account. Any questions please reach out to Coach Gaither or Mrs. Skipper in Athletic office.
Senior Yard Signs
Senior yard signs are $20. They can be purchased by visiting "A office".
