-December 16: District Early Release – EDP Services Provided at Dismissal

-December 19-23; 26-30 *Winter Camp (Not Included) – EDP Offices Closed*

-January 2 Holiday for Students & Staff – EDP Closed

-January 3 Student Holiday – EDP All Day Out Services Available

Monthly tuition is always due on the 1st business day of each month. A $25 late fee is added if the account is not brought current by the 5th business day of the month. Any account not paid in full by the 10th business day will result in the student(s) being dropped for nonpayment on the 11th business day of the month.

Weekly/Part Time payments are always due 1 week in advance.

The Extended Day Program is offering both All Day Out & Camp services during the 2022-2023 school year. All Day Out services are included as a bonus to your monthly tuition payments for after school care. Camps, (Fall-Winter-Spring Break-Summer), do require additional registration and tuition. If the opportunity to provide these services change due to Austin Public Health guidance we will provide ample notice for you and your family to find alternative care.

WINTER CAMP INFO:

-Camp Dates: Dec. 19-23 & 26-30, 2022

-Camp Times: 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

-Location: Brookhollow Elementary School

-Registration: Nov. 28th- Dec. 9th @ 11:59 p.m.

-Registration Fee: $35 per family

-Price: $40 per child per day or $175 for the week

Payment due December 12th, 2022

All students will be located in the cafeteria at the front of the school between 2:45- 3:45pm for dinner.

If you wish to pick them up between those times; please enter the lobby of the front doors and call 512-594-4830 to notify me; if I am occupied and not able to answer immediately; notify the front office so they can let me know.

If you are picking up after 3:45pm - Pick up will remain the same at door 7 in the bus loop that faces Picadilly Dr.
