Daphne Elementary values input from our families. You are an important partner as we work to continually improve our academic programs, communication, the culture of the school and overall experience for students and their families. In order to gather your feedback, we would like for you to complete a Cognia survey. Our school district is accredited through Cognia, so the surveys provide Cognia and our district in-depth knowledge to help us reach accreditation.

Information on the Cognia Surveys:

• You will select the school that your child attends.
• If you have children who attend more than one school, complete one for each school you have children attending.
• If you have more than one child attending the same school, complete only one survey based on your experiences with your oldest child at the school.
• The survey can be taken in the following languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and Arabic.
• You may complete the survey on your smartphone or computer.
• All responses are anonymous.
• Surveys take 15-30 minutes to complete.
• The survey will close on March 21st.

The results of the surveys will provide us data to help us identify areas of concerns and strengths. We will continue to work to make sure that our school and the Baldwin County Public Schools are providing the best for all students.
