CALLING ALL STUDENT ARTISTS
The St Charles Arts Council hosts a wonderful STUDENT ART SHOW where we invite all local students (K-12), to submit a piece of original art, and the art will hang in our new ARC ( Art Resource Center), art gallery in downtown St Charles. We have a fun reception for the students where they can bring/invite their family, friends and teachers. It's always so heartwarming to see their faces when they see their art up on display for the world to see!!Last year we had over 100 students participate and we are hoping for at least that number this year.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.....we are trying to encourage our young people to explore their creative side and share their passion with others!
Check out the .pdf below for details!
**Nutritional Thoughts from Organic Life**
Nutrition plays a key role in helping students stay focused in the classroom. A healthy diet supplies students with the nutrients that support concentration, cognitive function, and energy. Research has found that this connection leads to stronger academic performance, higher attendance, and fewer behavioral issues.
