LGS FAMILY MONDAY MEMO
February 17th, 2025
NURSES NOTES...
We have seen a massive influx of illnesses this month! An overwhelming majority of kiddos have illnesses that we do not do communicable disease letters for, so instead we would like to put out an informational blurb in each schools weekly post. Please add the Nurse’s Corner verbiage below to your next weekly post (if we are too late for this week, please add to next week’s post) to inform families of the current illnesses across our district and remind families of our school protocols. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns 😊
LOOMIS GRAMMAR SCHOOL 2024-2025 YEARBOOKS,,,
THE FALCON WAY...
Students at Loomis Grammar School know that doing things 'The Falcon Way' means that we are BEING SAFE, BEING KIND and DOING OUR JOB. Positive behavior expectations are taught to all students throughout the school year. We also reinforce positive behavior with Talon Tickets that students can use to win fun prizes and activities. Click HERE to view the 'behavior matrix' that we use to ensure that everyone knows what it means to do things 'The Falcon Way' at Loomis Grammar School.
ATTENDANCE LETTERS...
Attendance letters went out last week for students who have accumulated three or more unexcused absences, five or more excused absences, and/or five tardies. Attendance letters are required for state reporting. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
DROP OFF LANE...
Just a reminder that the Drop Off/Pick Up Lane in front of the school should only be used for dropping off and picking up students. If you need to get out of your car for any reason, please plan on parking in a regular parking space so that traffic in the Drop Off/Pick Up Lane is not compromised. Thank you for your patience and cooperation in keeping the Loomis Grammar School Parking Lot Safe and Efficient for everyone!
