Save the Date - Virtual High School Night (11/21)
Deal will be hosting a virtual High School Night (HSN) Thursday, November 21, from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. This is a great opportunity to hear from DCPS application high schools. Additionally, a DCPS Enrollment team representative will speak to families about the high school application process and how to navigate through myschooldc.org. More details will be shared in team newsletters as we get closer to this event.
On-Time Arrival
Instruction at Deal begins at 8:45 AM and ends at 3:15 PM. To ensure they have time to clear security, visit their lockers, and make it to class before the bell, students should plan to arrive at Deal no later than 8:20 AM. We appreciate your support to build good habits early in the year.

For those that were not able to meet with our team, I’m sorry. Please feel free to reach out to our teachers via email or log into Aspen to check on your scholars grades. Be sure to keep a close eye as the advisory is coming to an end in November. We are looking forward to celebrating a Homeroom vs. Homeroom Kahoot event during advisory on the 17th!
