Classified Appreciation Week
March 11th through 14th, 2025
As we observe Classified Appreciation Week, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the remarkable individuals who form the backbone of our school. Our paraeducators, nurse, kitchen staff, custodians, and office staff play indispensable roles in creating a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Paraeducators provide essential support to our teachers and students, offering personalized attention that fosters academic growth.
Our nurse ensures the health and well-being of our students, addressing their medical needs with compassion and professionalism.

The kitchen staff prepares nutritious meals daily, understanding that a well-fed student is better equipped to learn and thrive.

Custodians maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Office staff manage the administrative tasks that keep our school running smoothly, often serving as the first point of contact for parents and visitors.

Each of these roles is vital to our school's success. Their dedication and hard work often occur behind the scenes, but their impact is evident in the smiles and achievements of our students.
Working alongside such a dedicated team is a privilege. Their unwavering commitment to our students and community embodies the spirit of the Farwell Falcons.
Please join us in celebrating and thanking our classified staff during this special week. Their contributions make our school a better place every day.

Danett's Corner: Caring Connections
Happy March!
Hopefully, we will have an early Spring and the weather will be getting better as the month progresses. As you know, we will be Springing Forward with regards to time on March 9, and I found an article that might help with preparing kids for this time change: Tips for Time Change. While the time change can be challenging in terms of sleep schedules, we will have light longer in the evenings:)
I also wanted to provide you with some information about the importance of regular school attendance and I am attaching this for your convenience. As you know, there is a lot of learning going on in classrooms and being in class is essential for your child to get the most out of what is being taught. While most students at Farwell have great attendance habits, some are missing more than what is ideal due to illness or other reasons. Please communicate with our office if your child is absent and if you need any assistance with a situation that is interfering with regular attendance, please reach out to me and I will work with you to find a solution.
Enjoy Spring!!!
Danett
STUDENT ATTENDANCE
A quick reminder about the importance of attendance:
If your child will not be at school, please remember to call the office to report their absence. Regular attendance is essential for their academic success and helps them stay connected with their learning community.
We appreciate your partnership in ensuring your child’s success!
