New Information for Returning Families

ALL students (including 5-8 grades) will need to be picked up from their classrooms. School gates open at 2:50 pm (11:50 on minimum days)
NO Preschool drop off in the main school lot, use the new lot on the corner of North Street and Sherman Street with access to the school. Please do not use parish office lot or St. Jude's lot for drop off.

First TWO days of school - Aug 3 & 4 are Noon Dismissal days

Just a reminder that the first two days of school, Thursday and Friday, August 3 and 4 will be noon dismissal days. Daycare will be available. If you are sending your student to daycare, please remember to send a lunch.

CYO Registration Deadlines

Cross Country is taking registrations for grades K through 8. Students run with their age groups. Practices are held after school from 3:30 to 4:30 at various parks. Registration deadline for Cross Country is Wednesday, August 9.

Girls Basketball is taking registrations for students in grades 3 through 8. Practices are held after school in the school gym. Times and days will vary on age group and gym availability. Registration deadline is Friday, August 11.

Glenn Hernandez and Jody Reff will be available at Round Up to answer any questions and to take sign ups.

New Parent Information Night

If you were not able to attend the New Parent Information Night, your child will receive an informational packet the first day of school. You may also view the presentation from that evening by clicking here or the QR code located in the attached picture.

Yearbook

Yearbooks go on sale on August 2nd. Cost for yearbook is $30 through September 29th. Get yours at Roundup before the price goes up.

Volunteers

If you are planning to volunteer this year (and we hope you do), you must have completed your fingerprints, Virtus training and signed off on the Volunteer Agreement before you can be in the classroom or events where students are in attendance (including the Harvest Festival and Barn Dance).

**Fingerprinting is only done once. Virtus and Volunteer Agreements have expiration dates and need to be updated. If you are not sure if you need to update, please contact Kelly Holdren in the front office.

Scrip

Please email scrip at scrip@sasmanteca.org to place your scrip order or call the school office. Remember to include a contact number. Any items we do not have in stock will automatically be put on backorder unless otherwise stated by you.

Please do not order physical cards through RaiseRight. If you would like physical cards please obtain them from our scrip office.

The online RaiseRight program is an excellent way to earn your Scrip profit on the go! ALL physical cards must be ordered through our Scrip office.
