Term Two Report Cards went home with students on Friday, March 21st. Family/Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, March 27 from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. We will use the online program, OPTIS, again this year for booking appointments to meet your child’s teacher(s). Here is the link to the OPTIS website and all the instructions you will need. OPTIS opened for bookings on Thursday, March 20th at 10:00 a.m. and will close on Wednesday, March 26th at 10:00 a.m. Interview slots will be a 10 minute session. If you feel you need more time to meet with your child’s teacher, please reach out to the teacher and schedule an alternate time. Note that students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 27th to accommodate the conferences.
A reminder to ensure that your child comes prepared to go outside regardless of the weather. We know how spring can be here in our beautiful province, but the children love to get outside in the fresh air for movement. With this being said, please ensure your child is prepared with the appropriate outside clothing and accessories each and every day.
