Q3 Report Cards
3rd Quarter Report Cards will be mailed on Friday, April 5th! Please contact your child's teachers if you have concerns about your child's grades. Students should attend after school Homework Help if they are struggling in their classes.
PE&T at the Sixers
There will be a "D" Schedule on Tuesday, April 9th for a special PE&T After School Program at the Sixers. This is a 21st CCLC After School Program event for top participants. Top 50 students with days attended will be eligible to play on the 76ers home court at the Wells Fargo Center vs. the PE&T faculty. Top 200 participants will receive a ticket to the game that night against the Detroit Pistons. More details to follow.
School Closed - Wednesday, April 10th
School will be closed on Wednesday, April 10th for the Eid-al-Fitr.

NHS - Red Cross Blood Drive
The NHS will be hosting their annual Red Cross Blood Drive on Tuesday, April 16th from 9am to 2pm in the Fitness Center. STUDENTS MUST BE OVER 16 TO DONATE. ALL STUDENTS WHO ARE 16 MUST HAVE A PARENTAL CONSENT FORM! (They can get this form from Ms. Hawkins in room 604) Please sign up in your homeroom to donate. Annual Class Trips
Each grade level has a class trip during the month of April!
The 9th, 10th, and 11th grade trips are educational trips while the 12th grade trip is a fun trip to encourage class bonding before graduation. Students must have received a passing discipline grade on their 3rd Quarter report card to attend and must be approved by the Student Services Office.

Thursday, 4/25: 12th Grade Trip to Main Event (Class bonding - seniors can dress down but must wear sneakers)
Friday, 4/26: 9th Grade Trip to "Romeo & Juliet" at Seaport Museum (English Dept. focus)
Join Us for STEAMFEST
College/Career Fair
All 10th & 11th grade students will participate in the College and Career Fair on Thursday, April 18th. An email will be sent with more details. Students will be bused to and from the fair which will be held at EOM Athletic Association (146 Moore Street). 11th & 10th grade students will be dismissed when they return from the College & Career fair.

SENIOR CLASS PICTURE
The senior class panoramic picture will be taken on Friday, April 19th. Students must attend school at regular time in their uniform - senior jacket MUST be worn in the picture. Students will be bused to the photo location (Race Street Pier) and will be bused back to school after the picture. Seniors will be dismissed upon return to the school building. LOOKING AHEAD TO MAY...
SPRING KEYSTONE EXAMS: May 13th to May 22nd
Our 10th & 11th grade students will take the Keystone Exams from Monday, May 13th to Wednesday, May 22nd. Sophomores and juniors will be mailed a Keystone Exam schedule with their Q3 report cards. General information about the state mandated Keystone Exams can be found on our school website: https://www.petchs.org/families/keystone_information.
9th and 12th grade students will not be present in the school building on these testing days; there will be asynchronous work assigned and open zoom meetings with teachers.
