PRIMARY LEVEL ACTIVITIES (Grades K-3)
1.) 30 minutes of stretching exercises to the theme of Disney’s Frozen!

2.) Complete this worksheet to identify your current feelings and work toward making your emotions more positive.

3.) Watch an astronaut perform a science experiment involving water and a washcloth while in space!
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL ACTIVITIES (Grades 4-6)
1.) Write a letter to yourself 10 years in the future. Include your thoughts about the current situation as well as your predictions about what you will be doing 10 years from now. Consider adding to it in the days and weeks to come.
2.) Listen to this recording to learn how to take deep breaths to help you feel calm and peaceful.
3.) By using the following chart, write your name in binary code. Next, make name tags for each member of your family with their names written in binary code.
A filled square is a zero, an empty square is a 1.

MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVEL (GRADES 7-8)

HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL (GRADES 9-12)

2.) Start a journal by writing an entry regarding how society will be different post-pandemic. Explain the reasoning for your thoughts about the similarities and differences between now and later. Add to it in the coming days and weeks.
3.) Show your love and support for Council Rock’s graduating class of 2020 by making a colorful sign to put in your window, hanging blue lights, or displaying Council Rock-themed decorations inside and/or outside of your home.
