Hello, Trailblazer Families!
We had a great week at Rollins! We ended the week with an awesome House Rally! Students that tested this week worked so hard! We are so excited for their progress!
Per state law, we are only allowed 9 snack days, so we cannot accept snacks (birthday cupcakes, donuts, etc.) on days other than ones designated. Teachers are communicating snack days out on ROOMS, and we will continue to add them below on upcoming dates.
In order to minimize disruptions to the academic day, any gifts that are brought to school for students are to remain in the office until the end of the day.
Please see district policy below on visitors to the classroom for observations. We welcome any and all visitors, but we want to follow guidelines set forth by the district.
As a reminder, please make sure water bottles, lunchboxes, jackets, and any other outerwear is labeled with your child's first and last name on it. We continue to have an excessive amount of items not claimed. We can return items to their owner if they are labeled.

PTA UPDATE
REMINDER: Snack Day Forms and Payment Due on Nov. 19
To help streamline the process, parents have the option to prepay the remaining 3 snack days through our portal, or via a registration form that will be sent home the week leading up to our first snack day. You also have the option of sending $1 dollar for that specific snack day.
Please send back one form per child. If you have already pre-paid snacks days, we will have that noted and they will be able to choose a snack. This November students will get to choose a snack from our snack cart.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR SNACK DAYS IN SEPTEMBER YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY AGAIN.

Help us raise funds for the Fifth Grade Celebration and surprise Students, Teachers, Administration and Friends with JoyGrams!
Starting Nov. 12, the 5th Grade will be selling Candy Cane Joy Grams for $1 to raise funds for their end of the year celebration! To participate students will fill out the Joy Grams that will be distributed in their folders, and return them to the front with $1 per Gram. Then 5th Grade students will package and deliver. Students have the option of sending cash, check (made our to Jim D. Rollins Elementary PTA) or paying online for their grams.
MORE JOY GRAM SHEETS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE FRONT OFFICE
Important Dates: Return Joy Gram order form to the office by DECEMBER 12 (no late grams will be accepted)
Delivery: Joy Grams will be delivered at the Holiday Party
