What's Happening This Month!

The end of the 2022 year is coming to a close! In November our school partnered with USD students and put on an amazing evening of STEAM activities with delicious food and an awesome raffle! Winter Break is nearly upon us and students are working hard inside and outside their classrooms!

MORNING MEETINGS & WORD OF THE WEEK (WOW)

Every week students and staff meet at the blacktop and listen to announcements for the week. We begin with the pledge of allegiance, the WOW, announcements, and end with our Carson Chant/Cheer to get everyone ready for the week!

Scholastic Book Fair

Dear Parents and Families:
Get Ready! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming our way (YAY!). Choosing their own books
empowers kids and inspires them to become Bolder, Prouder, and Stronger Readers. AND—as
always—every book they buy earns rewards for our school.
Here’s what you need to know about the Fair, which will take place from December 5th to 9th at
the Library Annex.
This year, say goodbye to cash and hello to eWallet—your child’s digital payment account.
Before the Fair, set up eWallet for worry-free, cash-free purchases.

If you can’t make it to the Fair, then shop at our school’s Online Book Fair. All orders ship

¡Prepárense! Falta poco para la Feria del Libro de Scholastic (¡VAMOS!). Elegir sus propios libros
empodera a los niños y los inspira a convertirse en lectores más audaces, orgullosos y fuertes.
ADEMÁS, como siempre, cada libro que compren aporta recompensas para nuestra escuela.
Aquí encontrarán información importante sobre la Feria, que tendrá lugar del 5 a el 9 de
diciembre en el Library Annex (al lado de la biblioteca):
Este año, le decimos “adiós” al efectivo y le damos la bienvenida a la billetera electrónica: la
cuenta de pago digital de su hijo.
Antes de la Feria, configuren la billetera electrónica para realizar compras sin efectivo ni
preocupaciones.
Si no pueden asistir a la Feria, hagan sus pedidos en la Feria del Libro en línea de nuestra
escuela. Todos los pedidos se envían a domicilio. El envío es gratuito para pedidos de libros que
