TRACKS: Building a Positive Campus Community
At Sonoran Foothills Schools, TRACKS is the foundation of our campus-wide behavior expectations for all students, grades K-8. TRACKS stands for Trustworthy, Respect, Accountable, Creative, Kind, and Safe, guiding our students in creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive school environment.
To ensure consistency and common language in all areas of our campus, we will dedicate time during the first two days back from break to re-teach these essential expectations. During "Passport Days," students will travel with their teacher to key locations around campus—such as the cafeteria, playground, and hallways—to learn what TRACKS behavior looks like and sounds like in each setting. After completing their visits, students will fill out and turn in their passports to show their understanding.
We encourage you to continue the conversation at home by asking your student(s) what TRACKS means to them, how they practice it, and what they learned during Passport Days. Together, we can reinforce these shared expectations and help every student thrive!
