Happenings at HB
We are so thankful to have hosted academic awards assemblies for our 3rd-6th grade students this week. Having families on campus to celebrate the hard work of their kids was incredible, and it's only the beginning!
Lobo Athletics Update
This week, Herndon Barstow 4th-6th grade students began wrestling practice. Mr. Lopez, HB's school counselor, is our coach. Our first meet is this upcoming Friday, 2/17!
Track season is also on the way. 3rd-6th graders are eligible to take part. Permission slips have been sent home. If your child did not get one, they will be up in the office. More details to follow.
Please join our PTA, membership dues are $6. 3/7/23 during our monthly meeting, you are able to nominate board members. As a member, you are also able to vote for board members as well as be a part of input as needed. You can join using the PTA link that comes from the CA PTA website or come by the HB office and pick up a PTA membership envelope.
