The Alabama Cooperative Baptist Fellowship is a vibrant, Christ-centered community of churches and individuals who partner together in renewing God's world through missions and ministry.

CBF’s retreat for college students and young adults is moving to Fall! Join us October 11-13 at Sky Ranch in Van, TX for a weekend of rest, play, scripture, and togetherness. Our pastor and guide for the weekend is Ali Chappell DeHay who currently serves as the Minister of Youth and Communications at Calvary Baptist Church in Waco, Texas. Together we'll be exploring the ebb and flow of work, play, and rest in real life as Christians. Come on! Hit the pause button on your life and join us in Texas.

The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship has over 785 endorsed chaplains and pastoral counselors serving in various specialized settings, from the Armed Forces to medical centers and universities.

Are you seeking endorsement? Applications are considered twice per year. The fall 2024 council meets on October 10-11, with an application deadline of August 15.

Horizon Baptist Fellowship, located in Summerville, in rural northwest Georgia, seeks visionary pastor who possesses gifts and traits in the following areas:

– Planning and implementing programs for adults, children and youth, working with church committees, and being a good time manager.

– Preaching and teaching the Biblical message, leading worship services and promoting congregational unity and harmony.

– Caring for the membership, making pastoral calls to prospective members and leading in ministry to persons of divergent backgrounds and traditions.

– Possess a seminary degree or equivalent theological degree, 4+ years experience in pastoral ministry, and be dedicated to his or her own family.

– Position will require technology skills, including word-processing.
