Have you noticed any changes around the neighborhood? You will in the next few weeks! You will see some new landscaping at the entrance and near the fountain. Trees will be coming down, and new ones going in! All the details can be seen in our September Board Meeting Notes!

Don't forget to save the date for our annual HOA General Meeting on OCTOBER 22 at 6:00pm. All residents are invited to meet the board, discuss neighborhood concerns, and hear updates for the 2018-2019 year!

Some improvements that have been made in the neighborhood include:

• Leaking around the exercise room door has been repaired by Lee Glass. If you see leaking around the door after rains, please contact a board member.

If you have concerns or ideas for neighborhood improvements, please feel free to contact a board member, visit a Board Meeting, or bring them to the General HOA meeting on October 22.

Gather all your treasures, the Neighborhood Garage Sale is coming up! The garage sale will be held Saturday, October 13 from 8am-noon. Past garage sales have been popular, so this is a wonderful time for some fall cleaning!

As in the spring, Oklahoma Adult & Teen Challenge will send a truck to collect donations after the sale. Please put any unsold items at the end of your driveway around noon. Please make sure you have the items boxed/bagged and cleared of trash. They will also take furniture, working appliances, and other large items. If you are not selling items at the garage sale, you can still put out donations to be picked up!

The items will be taken and sold at their Super Thrift Store on E 6th Ave. and proceeds benefit the Oklahoma Adult & Teen Challenge facility in town. If you'd like to learn more about this organization, please visit http://www.okteenchallenge.com/

Keep your eyes peeled for a little Halloween "Booing" beginning October 1. As the month of October passes, you 'll find this note and some treats on your doorstep. Spread the fun by copying the paper and surprising 2 or more neighbors with treats! Be as creative and sneaky as you can!

The Social Committee has already received some volunteers to help at the Berry Creek Neighborhood Halloween Party, but we can always use more! The party is October 28 from 2-4pm at the clubhouse. If you are interested in helping in any way, please contact either Sara Arens at sarahfan00@gmail.com or Nancy Cooper at treasurer@berrycreekstillwater.com.
