Seniors were asked to complete a Senior Survey to let us know where to send their final transcript. Final senior transcripts for graduates will be submitted electronically to designated universities and mailed to their home address on Friday, May 31.
Transcripts for rising seniors will be mailed to students on Wednesday, June 5.
If copies of transcripts are not received by June 7 for graduates, and June 12 for rising seniors, please contact Christina McClure chmcclure@aledoisd.org.
Rising Seniors who apply to college over the summer and need their initial transcript sent, will use Major Clarity to request them. Major Clarity is the platform we use for post-secondary planning.
To request a transcript via Major Clarity, please follow the steps below. Universities require that they receive transcripts from a secure online resource.
- Go to the Launch Pad and then click on your "Major Clarity" Application
- Click on "Application Center" located on the left bar under your Profile Name
- Scroll down to "Transcript Request", then click on the "Request Transcript"
- Type in the name of the college or university, then click "Send Request"

If additional copies of transcripts are necessary during the summer, please fill out this Transcript Request form. Please give at least 7 business days from the mail date before requesting an additional copy. Initial college application transcripts will not be sent using this form. You MUST use Major Clarity for all college application transcript requests. Transcripts will be sent within 48 business hours of our receipt of this form.
Students who will be receiving their driver’s license or driver’s permit this summer will need to request a VOE by filling out the VOE Request Form.
Please allow at least 48 business hours for a response. VOE forms will be emailed to you at the address you provide.
Please do not call or email from the DMV as the request cannot be processed immediately.
Any VOE provided to students during the last 5 days of school is good for the whole summer.

College Applications
If you are applying to a Texas public school, you may use the Apply Texas application that can be found HERE. Most private schools will use the Common Application which can be found HERE. If the school you are applying to does not use the Apply Texas or the Common Application for their application process, please visit the college’s admissions page and you will most likely find a link on their website to apply. To Request Your Transcript Please log into Major Clarity Account from your Aledo LaunchPad. We have attached a video on how to request a transcript and letter of recommendation HERE. Please submit your college application before you request a transcript to be sent out on your behalf. If you are using the Common Application to apply, we have attached a video HERE on how to connect your Common App account to Major Clarity.
