The National Honor Society Induction ceremony was on Sunday, April 21, in the Wynnewood High School Auditorium. We inducted eleven new members into the honor society: Houston Dixon, Desiree Barber, Jayna Blakemore, Arabella Danley, Caleb Dixon, Chloe Espitia, Jake Everett, Briley Lacquement, Kailen Lee, Payton Moore, and Brylan WIlliams. The 2024 officers retired, passing their candles to the new set of officers Kylie Gray, president; Jamisyn Thomass, vice president; Aidan Moistner, secretary; Megan Haley, historian; Chloe Espitia, treasurer; and Houston Dixon, parliamentarian. Casey Stewart installed our new officers with Desiree Barber residing as candle master. We had an amazing speaker from 2017 graduate Emily Bazor who shared her journey into the world of architecture and how hard work and dedication pays off in the end. We wish her all of the best in her future as an architect.
