Bulldog Best! ππ½
β Reach for the Stars, Bulldogs!
STAR reading and math results and end of year assessments are rolling in and we are incredibly proud of everyone's hard work and growth this school year. Keep it up!
Good luck to our Unified Special Olympics Champions who are competing this weekend. Churchill hosted a special parade on Friday to wish them well!
We could not be prouder of our Churchill Math Bowl team! Our Division B Team (Gr3 and Gr4) took 4th place at Math Bowl today out of 19 districts that participated. Harrison Rudolph (Gr4) got individual 6th place award and MVP award. Division C (grades 5 & 6) competed on Thursday along with Division D (grades 7 & 8). Our own Elliott Klyn took a 5th place award for the Individual competition! Former student, Christian Poku placed first in the individual competition for Division D. Not only did these fine mathletes win some awards, but they were model sports and cheered on the competition. Way to represent, Bulldogs!
Early Act's three-week cumulative total for composting goes a little something like this 70 + 78 + 82 = 230lbs!! Wow! Keep up the great work Churchill!

Student Information Form - Class Placement
It is so important to us that every student finds a home and a real sense of belonging while they are here with us at Churchill. We will be working very hard over the next few months to gather important information from students, parents, teachers, and administrators in order to find the best fit teacher and classroom at Churchill. Many things are considered when making decisions about class placement including social emotional competencies, academic interests and achievement, and learning styles. Final decisions about class placement take place over the summer.
It is so important that we hear from you about your child. You know your child best and the information you provide will surely help us make an ideal class placement. There is a short form you may complete to help us get to know your child better. A hard copy of the form can be requested at Willow or Churchill offices, but we would encourage you to complete the form by clicking on the button below. You will need your childβs personal ID number to complete the form - do not complete without the correct number. The Person ID has been sent in an earlier email communication, but please contact the main office if you do not have the Person ID. We ask that you complete the form online or turn in a hard copy of the form to the Churchill office as soon as possible and no later than May 31st.
We are so excited to partner with you in this work. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor specific teacher or friend requests. There are a number of factors that go into building classes and for that reason we ask that you complete the form without naming a specific teacher. We value your input and ask that you trust our process for providing the ideal learning environment for your child.
