1. Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager
A BIM Manager oversees the implementation of BIM technology in construction projects, ensuring efficient collaboration among project teams. They create and manage 3D models, assess project progress, and streamline workflow.

2. Construction Technology Specialist
A Construction Technology Specialist is responsible for evaluating and implementing new construction technologies. They train employees on new software and tools, research innovative solutions, and improve project efficiency.
Salary:

3. Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Coordinator
VDC Coordinators manage the integration of virtual design processes into construction projects. They work with BIM Managers and project teams to develop detailed 3D models for efficient construction planning and execution.

4. Drone Operator

- Building Trades apprenticeship is an arrangement that combines classroom training with on-the-job training.
- You will be partnered with an experienced journeyman and will immediately begin to learn and work at your trade.
- Classroom instruction is performed by skilled, qualified teachers who know the job and can give you the benefit of their experience.
- Through this combination of training, skills, and technical knowledge are learned
- Building Trades apprenticeships are funded entirely by the unions and their partner contractors.
- Apprenticeships are tuition-free, so not only will you get paid while you’re training, you’ll graduate without student debt.
- You will also likely be able to earn college credits for your apprenticeship which can be applied to either an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Most apprentices graduate from the program with high-paying jobs, outstanding benefits, and a stable career that will give them satisfaction for a lifetime.

Wayne County Career Fair 2023
Students were able to meet potential future employers and even have on-the-spot interviews! Several students were offered employment that day!
This event is held annually and open to Seniors in Ashland, Holmes, and Wayne Counties.
