Communication, Collaboration and Celebration
Dear Stone Bank Families,
As we begin another exciting year at Stone Bank School, we want to share an important focus that will guide our work this year: Communication, Collaboration, and Celebration. These three pillars are essential to building a positive and successful school environment where every student can thrive.
Communication
Open and effective communication between school and home is the cornerstone of student success. We are committed to keeping you informed, as we understand that strong communication creates a consistent support system for every child. Moreover, clear school-to-home communication allows parents to support learning and address potential challenges. Most importantly, strong two-way communication builds trust and collaboration, reassuring you of our commitment to your child's education and strengthening our school community.
Collaboration
At Stone Bank, we know we achieve the best results through teamwork. Collaboration among teachers, staff, students, and families allows us to create a supportive, consistent, and innovative learning environment. We encourage you to stay involved in your child's learning by joining us at school events, staying connected to your child’s classroom, and working with us to support your child academically and socially. Together, we can ensure that every student receives the individualized attention they need to succeed.
Celebration
Celebrating our students' achievements and efforts, both big and small, is important. Throughout the year, we will recognize student accomplishments in academics, behavior, and personal growth. These celebrations not only build confidence and motivation in our students but also foster a strong sense of community within our school.
We look forward to partnering with you to make this year a positive and rewarding experience for every student.
With a shared focus on communication, collaboration, and celebration, we are confident that Stone Bank will continue to be a school where students feel valued and supported to reach their full potential.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community. If you have any questions or want to discuss how we can work together to support your child's learning, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Sincerely,
Mr. Allen
Mrs. Preisler
Mr. Schleusner
