Welcome to Trimester 2!
Hello Families!
We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! We are excited to kick off Trimester 2 with the students tomorrow. This is always a remarkable time, filled with tremendous growth and learning!
Trimester 1 report cards will be sent home with your child at the end of next week in a labeled manila envelope, rather than being mailed. Please remove your child's report card, sign the envelope, and have your child return the empty envelope to school. This process will be repeated for Trimester 2 & 3.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your child's teacher. Thank you!

Hello Families!
Cold and flu season has arrived! There are several things you can do at home to help prevent illness and keep everyone healthy. Remind your child/ children to have good hand hygiene with proper handwashing using soap and warm water, get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids, participate in daily physical activity, and eat a balanced diet.
Unfortunately, even with the best care, a virus can make us sick. Here are some reminders on when to keep your child home. You should keep your child home from school if they have a fever that is over 100.0 F, vomiting or diarrhea. Your child may return to school once they are 24 hours free of these symptoms and without use of fever reducing medications. Remember to keep your child hydrated and well rested during these months to help fight off infection and germs.
Please be sure to report Influenza like symptoms when calling the school for absences as we track and report. These symptoms include fever over 100, aching muscles, chills, sweats, headache, dry persistent cough, fatigue, weakness, nasal congestion, and sore throat.
Please call the health office (763-552-8811) if you have any questions or would like to discuss your child’s illness. If you have had a change in address, phone number, or emergency contact information, remember to log into Family Access to make changes. It is very important to be able to reach you in the event your child becomes ill or injured during the school day. Have a safe and HEALTHY winter.
