Thank you for another great week!

We appreciate the BHP Football players and cheerleaders opening car doors for our students today!

We are very excited to spend time with all of our Grandparents next week. Our parking situation is not ideal, but please let them know that they are welcome to park in front of the school, front parking lot, or the teacher parking lot by the playground. Also, please be sure they know the time of their grandchild's lunch. If you need help with this, you can see below or reach out to their teacher.

If myself or Mrs. Lance can ever be of any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

• Good News Club Starts

We had a great time at our House Pep Rally today! The top point earners for their house participated in some Minute to Win It Challenges to earn extra points for their House!

On Tuesday, all of our students received Stella. We have encouraged all of our students to read one chapter a night. We would love for you to be involved in this! You can read it to them, take turns reading, or let them read it to you. We will be sending out more information on Tuesday.

We are very excited to welcome all of our grandparents (or Family Representative) for Grandparents Day!! To help our students keep as normal of an instructional schedule as possible, we will not allow students to be dismissed from class to attend Grandparents Day on a different day other than the one they were assigned. Thank you for understanding!

Optional - If grandparents would like to buy a coupon book ($5) or a House t-shirt ($15) for their grandchild, they will be on sale when they come to school. The coupon book includes 5 passes for the student - Hat Pass, Pajama Day Pass, Shoes Off Pass, Homework Pass, and Free Ice Pop.

All school fees were due this past Tuesday. If you have not paid your school fees, you will be receiving an invoice. Students are not allowed to go on their grade level field trip until all school fees are paid. You can send cash, check, or pay on myschoolbucks.com.

You must call the office if you need to change the transportation for how your child normally gets home. Messaging the teacher on Class Dojo will not work because teachers will most likely not see your message until students are already gone.

If your child is a car rider and would like to eat breakfast at school, please be sure to get them to school as early as possible to give them plenty of time to eat. The hot breakfast line ends at 7:35am. I would suggest getting your child to school before 7:30am to ensure they are getting a hot breakfast, and are not rushed.

The tardy bell will ring at 7:45am. Students must be in their classroom by 7:45am in order to not be tardy. Parents must park and walk their child in if they are tardy.

Students will not be allowed to be dismissed from class after 2:00pm without administrator approval. Please plan doctor appointments accordingly.

Breakfast and Lunch are free for all of our students this year!
