B. Workship approval for Alisa Whitcraft, Preschool Expansion Notice of Funding Availability, 7/11/2024.

C. Workshop for Carlyn Exley, BSS Teacher, Super Kids Schools Conference, Online.

4. Budget and Finance

A. Nine contracts were retroactively approved that involved ESY and transportation as well as regular school year enrollment for specialized needs, including the Joint Transportation agreement with Gateway Regional School District.
B. Contract with Clearview Regional Board of Education for the 24.25 school year, special education services, at a cost of $31.500.00

C. Approval of Elevate Health and Therapeutic Services to conduct evaluations out of the scope of our district, as needed, to meet the student instructional welfare.

D. Approval of the contract with KD National Force Security for the 2024-2025 school year.

E. Acceptance of $198,638.00 of Special Education Extraordinary Aide. This reimbursement is for the costs incurred during the 2023-2024 school year.

A. Recommended approval of Use of Facilities requests from: Gibbstown Volleyball, Gibbstown PTO, Gloucester County Soccer Union Club, and Olympic Cheer
7. Old Business:
A. Approved on June 18, 2024, this was restated for wording only: Contract for the Management of Food Services Program by Nutri-Serve Food Management Inc. The Management fee for the 2024-2025 school year is $24,327.00; the total estimated cost of the contract for 2024-2025 is $243,505.67. Nutri-Serve guarantees a breakeven to the District.

8. New Business:
1. Discuss School Tours for Wednesday, August 28, 2024, 1-2 pm, for Board Members.

2. Discuss Grocery Outlet Store opportunity.

9. Public Session: Topics brought up included -

Sprinklers for the soccer field at Nehaunsey; communication program for the playground at Broad Street School; club asked for storage in our building.
