We would like to make your 2024- 2025 School Registration process as smooth as possible. Please read the following information regarding online registration carefully. All required registration forms can be completed online through Home Access Center (HAC) beginning July 15, 2024. In an effort to expedite the registration process, we urge parents to complete the online update and documents prior to Panther Camp. If you would like assistance with online registration, staff will be available on your designated Panther Camp date.
Annual Update
- Online registration must be completed prior to the first day of school for all Humble ISD students each year, and can be accessed beginning July 15, 2024.
- If you have a new-to-district enrollment question, please review our Registrar's website for details and contact information.
- If you need assistance with your parent/guardian HAC account, please complete the online Request for Assistance form.
- Any additional information about online registration will be made available on the Humble ISD and TMS websites over the summer. Please check these sites regularly.
Proof of Residency
Proof of residency must be uploaded and submitted during the annual update beginning July 15, 2024 to ensure your student receives their schedule on the first day of school. You must submit a current (within 30 days) gas bill, water bill, or electricity bill, or lease. No other documents will be accepted. If you reside in an apartment complex please upload a copy of your lease listing both the student and parents’ names. If you would like assistance with online registration, staff will be available on your designated Panther Camp date.
Address Affidavit
The 2024-2025 school year packets will be available for pick up beginning July 22 in the TMS lobby.
Once your paperwork is completed and notarized , you will make an appointment with your grade level office for everything to be verified.

The parent, homeowner/resident, and student must all meet together in person with a campus administrator in order to review the documents. At the meeting, the homeowner/resident must provide current identification with address matching the residence of the affidavit, residential proof of residency (within 30 days of the date of the meeting), or the lease listing both the parent and the student.
If you have not completed this process and updated your address affidavit documents by August 7th, your student(s) will not be allowed to attend TMS.

Immunizations (7th Grade Only)
For your convenience, The Texas Vaccine Institute will provide Immunizations during Panther Camp, August 1st, from 3-6PM.
- The cost of the immunizations for children (18 years old or younger) is $15.00 for 1 vaccine, $25.00 for 2 vaccines and $30.00 for 3 or more vaccines.
- They only accept the following private insurances: United Healthcare, BCBS PPO of Texas, Aetna TRS (Choice POS I and II), Aetna TRS (Active care I and II). They do NOT currently accept Medicaid or CHIP.
Fines
Fines/fees from the 2023-2024 school year carry over, and must be paid before the start of the 2024 -2025 school year. Fines may be from IDs, lost books (library or textbooks), electronic devices, etc.
Schedules
Important: The schedule from Panther Camp or viewed in HAC is not necessarily your final schedule. Final schedules will be available to students on the first day of school. Once school starts, it is possible for your child's schedule to change as classes are being leveled.
