• Drivers must also submit a copy of their Driver's License & a copy of their insurance card

Team Communication: During the season, coaches will use the Team Reach app for schedules and communication. You can download the app from Team Reach.

• All students participating in sports are required to fill out and submit the EVMS Athletics Participation Forms Packet to their coach or the school office by the end of the first week of any sport's season. Once this packet is complete and on file in the school office it is good for subsequent sports seasons in that same school year.
  
  There is a $50 fee per sport. These fees will be accessed in PowerSchool, payable by Credit Card.

  • The Physical should be signed and dated by a physician and is good for 365 days. If the year lapses before the end of the season a new physical form must be completed to continue participation. Please call the Front Office to verify if you think that your athletes physical hasn't expired. The physician may use their own form if they choose, but please ensure that the student's name and the date of the exam is clearly listed.

  • Please know that BOTH the athlete and the parent/guardian must sign BOTH the No Contact Agreement and the Sports Contract. Fees help us to absorb the costs associated with service, supervision, supplies, equipment, and transportation. Fees are due along with this completed packet, turned in to the office. If you are trying out for a sport, your payment will be held and refunded to you if you do not make the team.

  • If you are unable to pay the fee or need to pay at a later date please contact the school office (970) 328-8910. Please do not let this fee discourage you or your child from participating in EVMS Athletics. If your child receives free or reduced fee status, please see the office staff to see if that includes athletics & activities.

• First day of practice is Monday, December 9th.
• Make sure to sign-up for the season on the sign-up link.
• If you have not played a sport this school year, you must complete the full annual registration process.

The format of matches will be 7A, 7B, 8A and 8B. All (A) games play to 25 points with rally scoring best 2 out of 3 except for the third game, which will go to 15 points. All sixth grade matches will use a volleylite ball. Servers may serve up from the service line if they serve underhand. All (B) games play two games to 15 with rally scoring. There is a 5 minute warm-up prior to each A game. There will be a 5 minute warm up before B games, both B teams warm up together. The league playoffs will be rotated among the league schools that have the facilities and wish to host the playoffs. The playoffs will use a seeded, bracket format.
