LEARNING MORE ABOUT GOD EVERY WEEK
Each week CCS students are not only challenged in the classroom, but also through daily Bible lessons and weekly chapel services, students are always being encouraged to grow in their faith.
We are so thankful for the support of our community, our parents, and our staff to make this all possible!

FOLLOW THE LEADER
Students always love going to PE class with Coach Mo, Mrs. Nikki, and Coach Cydney. This week it looks like we caught Coach Mo falling into line on the way.
BREAK TIME FUN
Upper school students have been enjoying the milder weather this week by playing 4-square and corn hole in the parking area at the DC campus during break and lunch.
JUNIORS AND SENIORS EXPLORE ALABAMA COLLEGE OPTIONS
On Monday, September 18th, CCS Juniors and Seniors took some time to explore their college options by visiting the ALACRAO College Fair at Wallace State Community College.
At the fair colleges from around the state of Alabama were represented by college counselors. Students were able to pick up information and ask questions about admission requirements, scholarship opportunities and much more!
And, of course we had to stop for lunch! By the way... this group did a wonderful job representing CCS!

OCTOBER HOT LUNCH ORDERS
The October Hot Lunch Menu is now available.
The last day to order is September 25th.
Please use the link https://cullmanchristian.gradelinklunch.com/ .
Make sure you select the dot beside the menu item and then press "add lunch." After all lunches are added, BEFORE YOU PRESS SUBMIT, please check and make sure that it is showing the day, the meal item, and the price of $6.00 for EACH DAY. If there is a day that does not show all three of these items, then it will not process correctly.
T-SHIRTS FOR OUR 1ST FAIR QUEEN REPRESENTATIVE
This year CCS will have its first Fair Queen contestant!
We are so proud of Miss Gracie Lee and we want to show our support at the pageant.
The pageant will be on Tuesday, October 10th.
To show your support for Gracie, be sure to order a t-shirt by this Wednesday, September 27th.
Shirts are $15.

OUR FIRST EVER LETTERMAN'S JACKETS (Upper School)
This year CCS will have its first ever official letterman's jacket!
For many years students stopped ordering jackets, but in the last 5 or so years, the letterman has made a giant comeback. Interestingly enough, their prices are still about the same.
Last week upper school students had the opportunity to look at and try on samples and think about whether or not they were interested. All upper school students are eligible to order. If your student is younger, I would advise considering how much he/she might grow before finishing school.
Our design will feature a navy body with Carolina blue sleeves (a little deeper shade than our typical tshirts). The cost for jackets is roughly $300. I have attached a flyer with specific pricing details based on sizes.
Final orders will be due on October 2nd.
Half of the balance must be paid at the time of the order.
It typically takes about 8 weeks for orders to be completed, so you would have about two months before the remaining balance is due.
Recovering from Surgery
Mr. Yearwood is working hard to recover from his knee surgery. He will be non-weight bearing for 8 weeks. Mrs. Yearwood is telling everyone that God is trying to teach him to SLOW DOWN!
Former CCS Student Serving Christ
This week upper school chapel was led by former CCS student, Klowy Barrett. It is so great to see students actively serving the Lord!
