NMSHS PANTHER POST
April 18, 2024
PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE - Mr. Goodrich
Dear Nederland Middle-Senior HS Families,
Thanks to the Nederland community for having your kids at school for our CMAS and SAT/PSAT testing. The assessments were administered in a very organized and professional manner by our teachers and staff members. The performance by our students was excellent. I’m confident that the work our teachers have done in the classroom will be reflected on these once a year state test results.
Each year we set goals as a school to work toward improving our students' performance in math and language arts, which are measured by the state assessments. We have a high performing group of kids who work hard and deliver, showing what they know and understand as a result of their teachers' hard work.
We are looking forward to seeing the results which are a reflection of the effort of our teachers planning, teaching and assessing students throughout the school year. Our school receives public acknowledgement from CDE on how well our students perform each year. It also informs our teachers where they can improve the learning for our students in the next school year. Your students' participation is appreciated.
Enjoy the long weekend,
Gavan
