Welcome Back to a Year of Growth and Excellence in the East Moline Schools!

It is with great excitement that we welcome our students, families, and dedicated staff back for the 2024-2025 school year. We've been busy this summer, and you'll notice some exciting changes around the East Moline School District. You will see a video below my message of some of the changes going on in each of our schools!

A Focus on Excellence: We're launching new strategic priorities to focus on improving student and staff well-being, as well as overall district excellence. You'll soon learn more about this work and have opportunities to share your feedback so we can create the best possible learning and teaching environment for everyone.

New and Improved Libraries: We've renovated all of our school libraries to create welcoming, future-focused spaces that inspire learning and exploration. We can't wait for you to see them!

A Day Full of Hope and Promise: The first day of school is always my favorite. It's a day filled with hope and the promise of a new beginning. I can't wait to see our students' smiling faces and the excitement they bring to our schools.

Our dedicated educators are eager to partner with you to ensure every child experiences a year of academic and social-emotional growth. Together, we can achieve great things!

Rooms: Our New Parent Communication Tool

From work, to home, to school, our phones are a key tool to navigate and communicate throughout the day. The custom-built EMSD 37 app makes it easy to stay up to date with district news and events.

Now, EMSD 37 is making it easier to stay in touch with teachers and class information from that same app. Using the EMSD 37 app you can easily switch from district and school information to Rooms, where you can see your student's classes and engage directly with teachers. Rooms can be accessed via the web and from our district app, which is available for free and can be used from both Apple and Android phones.
