Fall Reading Carnival

Our Fall Reading Carnival is coming up and we need your help! We had lots of fun last year and we are looking forward to another great time. Here is a list of things we will need!

• We will be making grade baskets to auction.
• First grade needs anything for a movie basket.
• Second grade needs anything for a hunting/outdoor basket
• Third grade needs gift cards to anywhere you'd like
• Fourth grade needs games for a game night basket

• We will need 2 liter bottles of pop for a ring toss
• We need large candy bars for our candy bar/book walk-we have already had books donated by the Storybook Exchange--thanks so very much!

We will have 3 inflatables, face painting, reading activities, book/candy walk, a pumpkin character contest, basket auction, and every child gets glow jewelry! Lots of fun---try to join us!!

The cost of the carnival will be $5.00 per child or $20.00 per family larger than 4. If you would like to prepay for your child's wristband it will save you time on Thursday night. Food will be extra. We will have chili, frito chili pie, and hotdogs. Each meal is $3.00.

We will start the carnival at 5:30 p.m. and end at 7:00 p.m.

ALSO, our Veteran's Day Program is Friday, November 9th at 1:30 p.m. in the gym. Our 3rd and 4th graders will be performing. All Edmond Doyle students need to dress in red, white, or blue to honor our Veterans. If you are a Veteran, we would love to honor you. If you know a Veteran-please invite them to our program.
