Teachers will send monthly emails with a green, yellow or red graphic to let parents know what they are seeing from students in their classes.

You should receive an email from each of your student's teachers (4 total) on August 30th or 31st. If you have questions regarding individual classes, please contact your student's teacher.

Parents and students can stay up to date with grades for each course through student/parent portal. Teachers are expected to update grades in Infinite Campus at least once a week. If you need help with Parent Portal login, please email Shelly Crow at scrow.hhs@catoosa.k12.ga.us

We will keep the traditional report card format for the 9 weeks (halfway through the semester) and end of the semester.

Sophomores have the opportunity to attend a field trip to the Colonnade for the Teen Maze and to tour the new College & Career Academy on September 12th. Cost is free, but there are some lunch options. Click here for more information. Download a permission slip.

Morning Math Tutoring

• Veteran math teachers Mrs. Thatcher and Mrs. Wolfe will be available in the media center on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 7:15 to 7:45 am. Student can drop in during that time for help in any of their math classes.

WIN Time (What I Need)

• WIN Time (What I Need) takes place during the first half of lunch at HHS. When a student or a teacher recognizes that a student needs extra help in a subject, the student is assigned to WIN Time. Teachers also have posted office hours during the first half of lunch to assist students.

The Catoosa County School District now provides a web based app that allows parents and students to use their computer or smartphone to view the current location of their assigned school bus and its current “live” route status. The application is called “Versatrans My Stop” and it is provided free of charge by the school system. It will operate on any computer, Apple iOS mobile device, or Android™ mobile device.
