Coming up on Wednesday, June 4th is our school-wide Field Day! Rain date is Friday, June 6th. We are looking for volunteers to loan equipment as well as to assist with various fun-filled activities throughout the day! Please consider assisting us in the AM, PM or for the entire school day. The GVMS PTO is very appreciative to GVMS for sponsoring the t-shirts that will be provided to students the morning of Field Day, as well as the Great Valley School District Education Foundation for sponsoring the "cool treats" to be provided to students and volunteers!

If your student is not planning to return to the Great Valley School District next year, we would like to begin the process for their withdrawal or move. Please have your student stop in to the Guidance Office for the necessary information and paperwork regarding their withdrawal or relocation, or use the links below:

The last day of school will be Friday, June 13th and will be a half day. Students will be dismissed at 11:00am.

During the summer months, beginning the week of June 16th through until August 8th, the school building will be open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am - 4:30pm. If you plan to come to the building, please give us a call at (610) 644-6440 so that we can expect you.

• Each guest who enters Valley Stadium will need to possess a numbered ticket, which graduates will receive when they pick up their caps and gowns on May 21st , 22nd, and 23rd.
• Seven tickets will be issued per graduate. If a student’s family does not need all seven of their tickets, they may give their extra tickets to another family. The high school main office will not have extra tickets, nor will they arrange for transfers of tickets.
• In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held on Friday, June 6th at 6:30 pm.
• The ceremony will also be live streamed and a link to this broadcast will be on the front page of the High School website on the day of graduation.

Congratulations to GVMS Robotics team 7517C for winning the Inspire Award at the 2025 VEX Robotics Middle School World Championships in Dallas, Texas. Team 7517C includes 8th graders Yazhini Ammatha Sathish Kumar, Jolie Hua, Danny Focht, and 7th grader Aarav Singh. The Inspire Award recognizes passion for the competition and positivity at the event with the team demonstrating passion and positivity, integrity and goodwill toward other teams, coaches, and event staff, and demonstrating effective communication skills, teamwork, professionalism, and a student-centered ethos. This is 7517C’s second year in a row at Worlds, and our second year in a row winning an award. Congratulations, team!
