Important Reminders
- The 2024-2025 Code of Student Conduct is now available on the CUSD #205 website, click here to view the current code of conduct.
- Galesburg CUSD #205 provides school supplies for all students. Students are encouraged to have a backpack for school.
- If the State of Illinois certified physical and up-to-date immunizations are not received by the first day of school (August 8, 2024), your child will be excluded from attending school. Parents/Guardians will be contacted to pick up their students if any documents are missing. Proof of an appointment (dated within 30 days) will be accepted in lieu of the required documents. - Beginning on July 1, 2024, any payments made on Skyward through our online web store, RevTrak, will be charged a 4.3% software admin fee. Families can add money to their Skyward account with no additional fees by paying with a check (payable to Galesburg CUSD #205) or cash at school.

Athletic and Activity Pass Reminders
5-12th grade students are required to show their student ID to enter CUSD #205 activities and athletic events.
PreK-4th-grade students can request an activity pass at their school building to use for entry to activities and athletic events.
A parent/guardian must accompany all PreK-8th grade students to all district-held events and remain with the student during the entire event.
