Transcripts and Final Grades for Semester 1/Quarter 2
Grades for GCPS Semester 1/Quarter 2 have been finalized and transcripts are being mailed by GCPS next week. Transcripts can also be viewed in the Parent Portal under the documents tab.
2024-2025 Registration
As we transition back to school, our registration process is already in full swing. Ninth through eleventh grade students had two PRIDE lessons in December preparing them for choosing classes for next year. Next week, students will begin selecting their elective courses for the 24-25 school year. Students will submit their top six choices in an electronic form on eClass. The selections are due Friday, January 12th. You are welcome to review the elective courses available with your students on the PRHS Curriculum and Instruction eClass page. You will also find links to informational videos on many of the elective classes as well as the video PRIDE lessons explaining more details about the registration process. The course book containing similar information can also be found on the Curriculum website https://www.gcpsk12.org/domain/4245.
Application Courses
However, some upper level course are application only. Those application are available now! For more information on application courses and to find the applications, students should check the PRHS Curriculum and Instruction eCLASS page. You must be logged into eCLASS to access this page.
Spring Semester Parent Information Night: February 7th
Parents, please be ready for our Spring Semester Parent Information Night on February 7th! Specific topics will include Dual Enrollment, NCAA Eligibility, Gifted/AP Information, and Parent Portal Assistance. The Spring Meet the Teacher will be on a digital format. You will find all pertinent information on each teacher's eCLASS page in January.
Readers Rally GCPS Volunteers Needed
Would you like to volunteer at Readers Rally? Do you know someone who would? We are looking for 100 friendly volunteers to help run this event. Each school that registers for the Readers Rally event is required to send an adult volunteer. Many different volunteer positions need to be filled to make such a huge event a success. Junior and Senior Parents - Prom is almost here!
Prom tickets are available now!
From now until April 1, tickets are $90
Tickets can be purchased on GoFan. Every attendee must have a ticket to enter. Student's first and last name are required and the code is the STUDENT ID. Two tickets max can be purchased under one ID number.

GOFAN for Event Tickets
Sports tickets can only be purchased via GoFan with a credit or debit card to home sporting events. To purchase a home ticket for games please click on PRHS GOFAN. Many other schools are also going touch-less for tickets as well. If they are using GoFan, those tickets will also be available under Peachtree Ridge.

Congratulations to GHSA 2023-24 Fall Esports State Champion for League of Legends. They beat Brookwood 2-0.
Soccer Tryouts

All State Band
Peachtree Ridge Performing Arts is excited to announce that 3 of our students will be participating in the Georgia all-state band this year!
District Honor Band
The following students will represent Peachtree Ridge in the District 13 Honor Band.
2024 Graduation Date
The Peachtree Ridge Class of 2024 Graduation Ceremony will be Thursday, May 23 at 8:30 AM at Gas South Arena. 2024 Graduations Calendars can be found on the GCPS Calendar Webpage.
Senior Dues
Senior dues will be collected through Scholastic Images. they can be paid online or when Scholastic is on campus (see dates in general announcements section).They accept cash, credit cards and checks/money orders. We ask every student to purchase Package A.
Senior Yard Signs
Senior Yard Signs are not part of senior dues and can be purchased on MyPaymentsPlus for $25.

Definition: Microsoft 365 is a product family of productivity software, collaboration and cloud-based services owned by Microsoft. All GCPS students have access to a MS365 account with One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook (internal email only).Students can access their MS365 account through the student portal.

PRHS Driver's Ed FAQs
What are the class meeting dates?
Session 1: 1/23, 1/25, 1/30, 2/1, 2/6, 2/8
When and where does class meet?
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3-8pm in Room B206
Do I need to attend every class to earn credit for Driver's Ed?
YES! You must be present at ALL classes to earn credit.
What should I bring to class?
You will need to bring a pencil, water bottle, and dinner or a snack.
What is the deadline to register?
The deadline to register for Session 2 is 1/22 at 11:59 pm.
When do I get to practice driving?
Students will be scheduled for 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction after completing the class and passing the final exam. Times are scheduled based on student and instructor availability.
What does the class cost?
The cost is $345 for the in-person class and 6 hours driving time.
The cost is $280 for just the 6 hours driving time.
