Dear APS Families,
Happy New Year! I hope you and your students have had a fantastic school year so far and are ready for a successful winter with APS. As we step into 2025, I want to extend my wishes for a year filled with health, happiness, and success to all our students and families.
As the temperatures drop, we would like to remind families to send students to school with warm, labeled coats, hats, and gloves. Outdoor activities remain a valuable part of the school day, and we do our best to keep students outside for fresh air and play whenever possible.
If we can help you with these or other resources, please don’t hesitate to fill out a Family Support Request Form. We’re here to provide the support students need. The APS Welcome Center is currently accepting donations of winter items such as coats, hats, and gloves to support families in our community. If you would like to donate please reach out to welcomecenter@arlington.k12.ma.us.
Please note a few important events taking place towards the end of this month.
- Arlington School Committee District Budget Forum: Tuesday, Jan. 21, 7PM - 8PM
- Kindergarten Registration Preparation Forum: Monday Jan. 27, 1PM - 2PM
