Happy belated Veterans Day! 🇺🇸

I hope you all enjoyed the long weekend to celebrate Veterans Day. At PES, students learned about Veterans Day in their classrooms. Teachers guided students on discussions about Veterans and the importance of their service to our country. In the library, students read Matt Tavares’ novel Twenty-One Steps. Follow this link to see the story read aloud. Forest Friday! 🌲

We are really enjoying our outdoor learning time this year! If your student/s have any hunter’s orange items, please send them to school on Friday. We have large orange vests, which are too big for some of our littles. Students should also expect some walking during outdoor learning activities, so comfortable shoes are also a must.

Parent Teacher Conferences!

Just a reminder that parent teacher conferences will be held on November 25th. If you have not already signed up for a conference, please do so with your student/s classroom teacher.

Cold Weather Gear! 🧥

Now that we are switching into the upcoming winter months, you may want to start thinking about bringing out the winter apparel. Students will need snow pants, boots, warm jackets, hats and mittens. Please be sure to include student's initials on the inner tags, so they may be reunited if separated. If you need support getting any of these items, please reach out!

The Lost and Found shelf has grown in leaps and bounds! Please be sure to check for any items that belong to you. When sweatshirts, jackets, etc. have student initials on the inner tags, we are able to return lost items to their owners. Thank you.
